My book
My recently published book, Taking Back My Mind: My Journey Out of Depression with Psilocybin Mushrooms, details my journey out of depression with psilocybin mushrooms, breathwork, cold therapy, yoga, meditation, time in nature, accessing flow state, travel, and philosophy.
My story
I am currently working on a documentary about my life’s journey, a second book detailing my recent experiences with 5MeO-DMT, Bufo Alvarius, Peyote, Huachuma, Ayahuasca, and Yage, generational trauma and how these traumas manifest in family dynamics, as well as building multiple psychedelic healing retreats in California and Mexico.
My Calling
I am currently living in the mountains of southern Oaxaca, Mexico where I was inaugurated as a curandero (shaman) by the local indigenous medicine woman who trained me.
My team and I host sacred mushroom ceremonies and retreats at the original and flagship location for my retreat company, Ascension Retreats.
