Ascension Breathwork Classes are back in San Diego!!

Join Gerardo Urias, author of Taking Back My Mind: My Journey Out of Depression with Psilocybin Mushrooms, for an hour of psychedelic education and breathwork, finishing off with an integration / sharing circle every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00am at Crown Point Park, San Diego!

I am very excited to announce that I am relocating to San Diego where I will operate all of my workshops, classes, and retreats out of. San Diego has always been and will always be home.

Having just spent 6 months in Oaxaca, Mexico working directly with one of the most powerful and respected curanderas (medicine woman / wisdom keeper of the forest) in the world and finishing it all off hosting our first ever Ascension Sacred Mushroom Wellness Retreat (many more to come!), I can tell you I have a lot to share!! I have learned so much from my time in Mexico and have made leaps and bounds in the evolution of my healing journey and the professional services I offer.

I now offer private ceremonies, personal / spiritual development programs, and private workshops. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in taking your life to the next level!

We will start with a basic introduction to my mission of educating people on the application of psychedelics for mental health as well as the benefits of breathwork before guiding you through a powerful 20 minute breathwork session that evokes similar brain activity as the psychedelic experience, boosts our immune system, calms the mind, and nourishes the body and soul.

We will finish off with a sharing / integration circle (optional) where you will have a chance to share your experience and/ or ask any questions you may have. This is a safe space for anyone who wishes to join this beautiful, quickly growing community devoted to ditching the old paradigms of self-limiting beliefs, scarcity and victim mindsets, and toxic, unconscious behaviors, and awaken to the new paradigm of limitless possibilities and potential and learn how to tap into and awaken our infinite internal resources that are inherent and necessary for our existence and are our divine tools for thriving in life.

What to Bring:

• Bring a yoga mat, a jacket or blanket in case you get cold (the breathwork can cause temperature fluctuations in the body), something to rest your head on for added comfort, and water.
